Check-in ran late and required a lobby wait!!! The shower rattled annoyingly during use, disrupting nighttime routines. The hotel sits inside a half-functioning building, making the overall atmosphere feel desolate and uninviting!!!

My experience was severely impacted by the confusing layout. The route from the car park to the lobby was dirty and unwelcoming, with no proper signage to assist me. On check-out day, the lift broke down, leaving me to walk down 27 flights to reach the ground floor, which was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient.

I had a wonderful two-night stay where I appreciated the large, clean room and the hotel’s proximity to popular attractions like Jonker Street Night Market, which is just a little over 2 km away, along with the fantastic dining locations within walking distance like Tosca less than a 5-minute walk away.

Great staff and big room, but breakfast was repetitive over 3 days.

I liked the buffet breakfast. The mix of local and international options kept it interesting each morning. The personalized follow-up from the staff made us feel welcome. They even sent us a message to check on our experience. The hotel provided a comfortable stay with great service.

The parking area needed better maintenance. It felt gloomy and was not clean. The location was not as close to the main attractions as I would have preferred.

The room was spacious with a flat-screen TV and nice seating area. Bathrobe and slippers were comfy. They provided a crib and a minibar. Shower had good water pressure. Super clean washroom and soft bed made sleeping easy. They had a nice outdoor pool, sauna, and a kids' pool for relaxation and fun. Breakfast was a mix of local and western options.
